Magazines: Easyriders, Hot Bike, Motorcycle Cruiser, Street Chopper, Biker, Outlaw Biker.
Catalogs: Drag Specialties, Custom Chrome, Arlen Ness, Eastwood Company.
Websites: West Coast Choppers, Pat Kennedy, any of the builders listed in the magazines, Northern Auto parts.
Books: The Chopper Cook Book, How to Restore You Collector Car (early 1980's printing), any of Boyd Coddington's street/hotrod books, any upholstery/wiring/bodywork manuals from Clymer/Chilton/Motorbooks International.
This is only a partial list to help get you pointed in the right direction. The magazines are mostly HD oriented, but that is where the innovations AND traditions of motorcycle customizing come from. If you need help performing a specific task, feel free to ask, and if I can I'll help you through it.
Good luck. Customizing is a drug, and rehab is for quitters.
